SPRING INTO ACTION 🌷 for #mentalhealthawareness

Our 3rd annual Mental Health Awareness Fair with @anaheimelementary will have over 40 community partners and resources in attendance, as well as @caloptima enrollers! Our attendees will have the chance to enroll in CalFresh & MediCal. Certain documents are required:

Please provide the following documents. All applicants are welcome to apply regardless of their immigration and employment status; Social Security number is not required.

1. Form of Photo ID (State ID, Driver's License, Birth Certificate, Passport, Matricula Consular (Consular ID), or School ID with photo)

2. Proof of Income (W-2 Form, 1040 Form, Copy of recent taxes, Copy of Social Security Benefits, Copy of Unemployment Benefits, or Most recent 2-4 Paycheck Stubs)

3. Proof of Address

This fair is a great opportunity to come together as a community to not only reduce the stigma around mental health, but to see all of the resources that are available to take action towards your mental health 🧠
