Villages of California (VOC) is founded on the understanding that every individual has unique strengths and these strengths can be used to help them achieve and overcome any obstacles. The VOC team helps youth, young adults and families identify, develop and to learn to lean on their strengths to achieve current and future goals.

Guide

Often, clients feel lost and uncertain about how to manage their emotional well-being. The VOC team walks alongside youth, young adults and families to help navigate mental health challenges in their day to day life.

Support

The foundation for lasting change comes with support, practice and reinforcement. The VOC team scaffolds clients, helping them execute interventions, utilize resources and overcome barriers they face along the way. This support is extended through a community that the team helps create, enabling those we work with to maintain lasting success long after treatment.

Our Mission

*Villages of California* is dedicated to providing youth and young adults with a team of mental health professionals working in collaboration with families, school and community providers to address mental health and behavioral challenges. Our intensive community-based services approach enables our clients to develop the skills and resilience to successfully navigate life’s challenges.

Our VOC approach is focused on staff members who understand the dynamics and are skilled in working with families from diverse cultures and backgrounds. In addition to providing clinical expertise coordinated across multiple settings, we empower our clients by working together to ensure that all aspects of the family system are strengthened and that our clients are taught the skills they need for lasting growth.

August 2024 | Villages of California awarded Behavioral Health Care and Human Services Accreditation from The Joint Commission

Villages of California has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval® for Accreditation by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal is a symbol of quality that reflects a health care organization’s commitment to providing safe and quality patient care. This accreditation comes after JCO evaluated compliance with Community Based Mental Health Services standards spanning several areas including care treatment and services, national patient safety goals, emergency management, environment of care, leadership, and rights and responsibilities of the individual.
